Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATAD3A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATAD3A data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ATAD3A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATAD3A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, PRAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where ATAD3A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
