Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATAD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,193 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM5, POLE2, and GINS1. Each is linked with ATAD2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATAD2-to-partner and partner-to-ATAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATAD2 versus MCM5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
