ATAD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATAD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 243 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB3A2, HECA, and MT1E. Each is linked with ATAD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATAD2-to-partner and partner-to-ATAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCGB3A2 grouped by ATAD2-low versus ATAD2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
