ASXL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASXL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,873 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASXL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPX2, RBM12, and POFUT1. Each is linked with ASXL1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASXL1-to-partner and partner-to-ASXL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASXL1 versus TPX2 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASXL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASXL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
