ASXL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASXL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 454 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASXL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROKR2, GRK7, and UGT3A1. Each is linked with ASXL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASXL1-to-partner and partner-to-ASXL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PROKR2 grouped by ASXL1-low versus ASXL1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASXL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASXL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
