ASTN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASTN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,793 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASTN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEKHA8, GLCCI1, and PLEKHA1. Each is linked with ASTN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASTN1-to-partner and partner-to-ASTN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASTN1 versus PLEKHA8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
