ASS1P9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASS1P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,726 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASS1P9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF638_S1401, ASS1, and ASS1_T174. Each is linked with ASS1P9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASS1P9-to-partner and partner-to-ASS1P9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASS1P9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASS1P9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
