Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ASS1P11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ASS1P11 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher ASS1P11 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ASS1P11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and THCA show a favorable association.

KIRP, THCA, and CESC are the cancer types where ASS1P11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
