ASS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,007 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3925, MIR6777, and SKA2. Each is linked with ASS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASS1-to-partner and partner-to-ASS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3925 grouped by ASS1-low versus ASS1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
