ASRGL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASRGL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,423 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASRGL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFGEF3, HIP1R, and RAB31. Each is linked with ASRGL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASRGL1-to-partner and partner-to-ASRGL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASRGL1 versus ARFGEF3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASRGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASRGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
