ASRGL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASRGL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,447 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASRGL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCC2P6, SCGB2A1, and SLAIN1. Each is linked with ASRGL1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASRGL1-to-partner and partner-to-ASRGL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASRGL1 versus RCC2P6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASRGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASRGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
