Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ASPSCR1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ASPSCR1 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher ASPSCR1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ASPSCR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCS, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ASPSCR1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
