Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ASPSCR1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ASPSCR1 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher ASPSCR1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ASPSCR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and LUAD show a favorable association.

GBM, LSCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where ASPSCR1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
