ASPSCR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPSCR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,731 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASPSCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHCHD2P3, RPS17P8, and LINC00518. Each is linked with ASPSCR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPSCR1-to-partner and partner-to-ASPSCR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD2P3 grouped by ASPSCR1-low versus ASPSCR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPSCR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPSCR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
