ASPSCR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASPSCR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASPSCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OTOR, KRTAP12-3, and ZIC3. Each is linked with ASPSCR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPSCR1-to-partner and partner-to-ASPSCR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OTOR grouped by ASPSCR1-low versus ASPSCR1-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPSCR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPSCR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
