ASPM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,278 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASPM-associated genes across cancer lineages are EME1, CEP152, and CDCA3. Each is linked with ASPM in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPM-to-partner and partner-to-ASPM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASPM versus EME1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
