ASPM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPM protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,938 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASPM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF638_S1401, TONSL, and CCNA2. Each is linked with ASPM in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPM-to-partner and partner-to-ASPM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASPM versus ZNF638_S1401 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
