ASPM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,899 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASPM-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR76, ATOH8, and OTX1. Each is linked with ASPM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPM-to-partner and partner-to-ASPM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDR76 grouped by ASPM-low versus ASPM-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
