ASPM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASPM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 633 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASPM-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf105, CPT2, and NEIL2. Each is linked with ASPM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPM-to-partner and partner-to-ASPM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf105 grouped by ASPM-low versus ASPM-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
