ASPHD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPHD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASPHD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1_pS65, MEK1, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with ASPHD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPHD2-to-partner and partner-to-ASPHD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1_pS65 grouped by ASPHD2-low versus ASPHD2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPHD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPHD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
