ASPHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASPHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, Notch1, and PI3K-p85. Each is linked with ASPHD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPHD1-to-partner and partner-to-ASPHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH6 grouped by ASPHD1-low versus ASPHD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
