ASPHD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASPHD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,851 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASPHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEZ6L2, PROCR, and CAMK1. Each is linked with ASPHD1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPHD1-to-partner and partner-to-ASPHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASPHD1 versus SEZ6L2 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
