ASPDH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPDH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,656 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASPDH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PKN2, DDAH1, and GPX4. Each is linked with ASPDH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPDH-to-partner and partner-to-ASPDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
