The most reproducible ASNSP6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, Positive regulation of cell cycle process, and Positive regulation of cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with ASNSP6 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASNSP6-to-partner and partner-to-ASNSP6 results are reported.
