ASNS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASNS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,201 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASNS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLR1A, THOC2, and BAZ1B. Each is linked with ASNS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASNS-to-partner and partner-to-ASNS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASNS versus POLR1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASNS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASNS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
