Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASNS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,856 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASNS-associated genes across cancer lineages are WASHC3P1, KRTAP8-2P, and RNU6-803P. Each is linked with ASNS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASNS-to-partner and partner-to-ASNS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WASHC3P1 grouped by ASNS-low versus ASNS-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASNS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASNS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
