ASMTL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASMTL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,273 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASMTL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASMTL_S21, ZBED1, and PRELP. Each is linked with ASMTL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASMTL-to-partner and partner-to-ASMTL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASMTL versus ASMTL_S21 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASMTL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASMTL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
