ASMTL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASMTL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,118 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASMTL-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBED1, CDC20, and SCN7A. Each is linked with ASMTL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASMTL-to-partner and partner-to-ASMTL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASMTL versus ZBED1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASMTL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASMTL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
