ASMTL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASMTL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASMTL-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, MSH6, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with ASMTL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASMTL-to-partner and partner-to-ASMTL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by ASMTL-low versus ASMTL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASMTL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASMTL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
