ASIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,160 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAD, TP53BP1_S1618, and REXO4. Each is linked with ASIP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASIP-to-partner and partner-to-ASIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASIP versus CAD in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
