ASIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3648-2, MIR3133, and TUBB4BP6. Each is linked with ASIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASIP-to-partner and partner-to-ASIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3648-2 grouped by ASIP-low versus ASIP-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
