ASIC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASIC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,098 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASIC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSP90B1, NRBF2, and C1orf116_S519. Each is linked with ASIC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASIC3-to-partner and partner-to-ASIC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASIC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASIC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
