ASIC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASIC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,822 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASIC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERHP2, ATP1B2, and GDI2P1. Each is linked with ASIC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASIC3-to-partner and partner-to-ASIC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASIC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASIC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
