Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ASH2LP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ASH2LP3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher ASH2LP3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ASH2LP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and UVM show a favorable association.
DLBC, CESC, and UVM are the cancer types where ASH2LP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
