Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASH1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,178 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASH1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RO60, BROX, and NAXE. Each is linked with ASH1L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASH1L-to-partner and partner-to-ASH1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASH1L versus RO60 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASH1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASH1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
