Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASH1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,164 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASH1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are URB2, ASH1L-AS1, and GPR89A. Each is linked with ASH1L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASH1L-to-partner and partner-to-ASH1L results are reported.
