ASH1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASH1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,138 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASH1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, PHF5A, and MARS1. Each is linked with ASH1L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASH1L-to-partner and partner-to-ASH1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 grouped by ASH1L-low versus ASH1L-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASH1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASH1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
