Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASH1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,100 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASH1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Positive regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and Negative regulation of chromosome condensation. Each is linked with ASH1L in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASH1L-to-partner and partner-to-ASH1L results are reported.
