ASH1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASH1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 680 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASH1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMIGD1, GAPDHS, and ANKRD54. Each is linked with ASH1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASH1L-to-partner and partner-to-ASH1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMIGD1 grouped by ASH1L-low versus ASH1L-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASH1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASH1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
