Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ASGR2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ASGR2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ASGR2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ASGR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ASGR2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
