ASGR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASGR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,319 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASGR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANKRD44, LCP1, and ARHGAP4. Each is linked with ASGR2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASGR2-to-partner and partner-to-ASGR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASGR2 versus ANKRD44 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASGR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASGR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
