ASGR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASGR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,800 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASGR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARRB2, GIMAP8, and IFI30. Each is linked with ASGR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASGR1-to-partner and partner-to-ASGR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASGR1 versus ARRB2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASGR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASGR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
