Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASGR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,916 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASGR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are AMPA glutamate receptor clustering, Glutamate receptor clustering, and Locomotory exploration behavior. Each is linked with ASGR1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASGR1-to-partner and partner-to-ASGR1 results are reported.
