Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASGR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASGR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP27C1, OR2M5, and HSFY2. Each is linked with ASGR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASGR1-to-partner and partner-to-ASGR1 results are reported.
