ASF1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASF1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,457 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASF1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM1, RRM2, and HAT1. Each is linked with ASF1B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASF1B-to-partner and partner-to-ASF1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASF1B versus RRM1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASF1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASF1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
