Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASF1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,943 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASF1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are DLGAP5, KIF15, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with ASF1B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASF1B-to-partner and partner-to-ASF1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASF1B versus DLGAP5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASF1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASF1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
