Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASF1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,436 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASF1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication, Mitotic chromosome condensation, and Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation. Each is linked with ASF1B in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASF1B-to-partner and partner-to-ASF1B results are reported.
