Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASCL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,925 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASCL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Protein polyubiquitination, and Cellular senescence. Each is linked with ASCL3 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASCL3-to-partner and partner-to-ASCL3 results are reported.
