Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASCL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,951 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASCL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, Microtubule polymerization, and Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with ASCL3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASCL3-to-partner and partner-to-ASCL3 results are reported.
