ASCL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASCL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,341 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASCL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASCL2_S142, PPP2R1B, and ASCL2_S28. Each is linked with ASCL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASCL2-to-partner and partner-to-ASCL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASCL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASCL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
